Acoustic performance testing

TRaC offers both Acoustic Performance testing and Voice Quality testing.

Acoustic Performance includes tests such as Send Loudness Rating (SLR), Receive Loudness Rating (RLR), Sidetone Masking Rating (STMR), Distortion, Noise and Acoustic shock.

Voice Quality includes testing against standards such as ITU-T P.862 and ITU-T P.800.

TRaC has a test and measure solution that includes a Head and Torso Simulator (HATS) and a fully anechoic chamber so we can perform Acoustic Performance and Voice Quality assessment on your DECT, VoIP and GSM products, in addition to hands-free equipment (conference telephones), modern handsets, headsets and in-ear devices.

TRaC Launches ZigBee RF4CE Test Service

As one of only three ZigBee Alliance recognised test houses, and the only UK based ZigBee recognised test house, TRaC has been providing manufacturers with ZigBee Certification testing for some time. Supporting the new ZigBee RF4CE platform specification issued by the ZigBee Alliance, TRaC has formally launched its ZigBee RF4CE test service allowing certification against this standard.

ZigBee PRO certification for Jennic

TRaC assist Jennic with obtaining ZigBee PRO certification

TRaC has been instrumental in working with Jennic Ltd who have recently obtained ZigBee PRO certification for their platform JN5148 chipset. The certification enables the chipset to be marked with the appropriate ZigBee logo and marketed for integration into Zigbee products.
